New Position

Tomorrow is one week!
One week that I’m new position.
This company has +4000 employees.
My CEO to me said: I want you to become the manager of the social media team.

But I want you to check everything for a month and then report back to me and let me know if you have any ideas.

The social media team has 4 parts:
1- photographer (3 person)
2- designer (5 person)
3- social media (2 person)
4- web developer (1 person)
And two manager (one head manager and one main manager)

Performance in this organization is completely traditional

No one uses notes, don’t have any meetings, doesn’t have any learning session (two people said: our manager doesn’t have any specialization in our skills but you have).

I’m writing more than 50 pages analyze and strategies to improve our team.

I think the name of the team is wrong. What do you think???
